Terms of Service

By using FocusFlow: Focus & Binaural, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of Service

FocusFlow grants you a non-transferable, personal license to use the built-in sound layers and Binaural Beats for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Premium Access via Ads

Premium features are unlocked for 3 days after successfully viewing a Rewarded Video. This access is linked to your local device data. Reinstalling the app or clearing app data will reset your Premium status.

3. Intellectual Property

All audio assets, Binaural frequencies, and app interfaces are the exclusive property of FocusFlow. Users may not extract, redistribute, or use these assets in other projects.

4. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Binaural Beats (Alpha, Beta, Theta) interact with brainwave frequencies. Users with epilepsy, heart conditions (using pacemakers), or who are prone to seizures should consult a doctor before use. Do not use this app while driving or operating heavy machinery.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide this app "as is". FocusFlow is not responsible for any loss of data (Mixes) stored in the local SQLite database due to device failure or app uninstallation.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, including the method of unlocking Premium content, at any time.
